As part of its latest round of ownership-related education and communication initiatives, the NewStream Enterprises (NSE) Ownership Culture Committee (OCC) has launched the Grill the GM campaign.
The BBQ themed campaign is designed to allow employees of all levels to visit with James Wilson, NSE General Manager, in a casual atmosphere where employees feel comfortable asking questions. The objective of these lunch meetings is to help boost employee-owner engagement, increase continuous improvement initiatives by discussing ideas from participants, and also allow time for cross-departmental relationship building.
In order to win a spot at the Grill the GM lunch, employees must submit questions to the OCC by December 20th. The groups will be kept small, with a max of 15 employees at a time, and the winners will be chosen by the OCC.
The Grill the GM campaign is a pilot program currently, and will continue throughout the 2017 fiscal year with other management employees based on its success.
