(Springfield, MO | February 2, 2017) NewStream Enterprises (NSE) is excited to announce its plans to consolidate operations at the former Lily-Tulip campus after two years of expansion forced the company into multiple facilities.
The company recently signed a lease for an additional 120,000 square feet in an adjoining building (1100 North Glenstone, Suite 170) to its current operations at 1925 East Chestnut Expressway. This move will allow the company to consolidate operations from two other facilities, bringing the associates of the Springfield-based, employee-owned company together again on one campus.
“This move is very important to the success and growth of our company,” James Wilson, NSE General Manager said. “As James Penny says, ‘Growth is never by mere chance, it’s a result of forces working together,’”
In 2012, NSE consolidated multiple locations into a portion of the Lily-Tulip building on east Chestnut Expressway, leasing 230,000 square feet. However, rapid growth over the past two years required the company to utilize additional space in separate Springfield locations to meet customer needs. The additional space will increase the NSE campus size to 350,000 square feet land include flex space for future expansion. Additionally, the company manages a 140,000 square foot single parts packaging facility in Joliet, Illinois.
NSE plans to complete the consolidation process into the new space by the end of February.
