Please join NewStream and its employee-owners in congratulating Hai Duong on his recent promotion to Engineering Technician II! In this new role, Hai will contribute to manufacturing engineering by supporting projects related to machines, layouts, and continuous improvement.
Hai joined the NewStream team approximately one year ago as a Setup Specialist in the single parts packaging department. Since then, Hai has demonstrated a proactive approach to growth and development. Previously an engineer in Vietnam, Hai connected with the NewStream engineering team and expressed his interest in pursuing a career in the field. Through NewStream’s Career Pathways Program, Hai was able to further explore the opportunities and responsibilities of the engineering department, paving the way for his next career step.
“I am very happy to be in the engineering department where I can have many interesting projects and opportunities to use my skills, as well as learn new skills,” Hai said. “More than that, I can also contribute to the growth of the company.”
