Harms Named Director of Operations

Shane Harms:  Now That’s “Big Time”!

NewStream is excited to announce the promotion of Shane Harms to the Director of Operations role.  Shane started his career with NewStream in 2010, holding a variety of roles throughout the warehouse including his latest stent as the Production Manager in the Pythian warehouse.

Shane is well-known within the NewStream and SRC organizations for his “Big Time” energy,  teambuilding, and line-of-sight on financial impact.

“[I’m most excited about] the exceptional group of leaders that the operations team has,” Shane said.  “I can’t wait to see how I can support and work towards contributing to their continued success.”

In his new role, Shane will be responsible for supporting kitting, packaging, warehousing, and assembly operations over all of NewStream’s three warehouses within the Springfield area.

“I want to give appreciation to all the mentors within NSE that I have had throughout my career, because of their time, efforts, and patience I feel like I can be successful in my new position,” Shane said.  “Without them, I would not be the leader that I am today.  I also want to give appreciation to NSE as well as SRC for believing in me and investing in me, it’s an amazing feeling to know that we work for a company that puts the employees first.”
