NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Harms to the position of Assistant Warehouse and Production Manager, effective May 1st, 2022. This promotion is part of NewStreams’s strategy for company growth.
Shane Harms began his career at NewStream in 2011 as a Packaging Specialist and has held many positions over many departments including Inspector and Unit Down Assembler. In 2015, Shane moved into a Group Lead role and eventually worked his way to a Supervisor position in our Glenstone building where he worked for 7 years before taking on his new Assistant Warehouse and Production Manager position in 2022.
In his new role, Shane will be training and collaborating with Warehouse and Production Managers to learn all aspects to our business while simultaneously preparing himself for a future role as Department Manager as NewStream continues to grow.
“I’m ready to get to work, growing and learning with our current managerial team!” says Shane. “I’m looking forward to learning different aspects of the business and applying what I’ve learned to help continue to grow NSE and continue to provide opportunities for the amazing employees that work here. WE are BIG time!!”
