NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Harms to the position of Production Manager, effective immediately. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy to promote from within.
Shane began his career with NewStream in 2010 as a Packaging Specialist and has held many positions over the last 12 years including Inspector, Unit Down Assembler, and Group Lead. Eventually, Shane worked his way into a Supervisor role in our Glenstone building which he held for 7 years before being promoted to Assistant Warehouse and Production Manager. Shane will now be taking on a new role at our Alliance building as the Production Manager.
In his new role, Shane will oversee all operations of Single Parts Packaging at our Alliance building including both inbound and outbound production.
Throughout his career at NewStream, Shane has received both the Spotlight Award and Most Valuable Owner Award (MVO). Shane is also a graduate of the SRC Leading Edge Leadership Academy.
“I am looking forward to getting to work with the already established SPP team. I am fortunate to be involved with a department that has such a strong leadership team and a great core team of employee owners,” says Shane. “Let’s get to work and let’s have fun with it growing the department and increasing opportunities for our employee owners. As I like to say, WE are BIG time!!!”
