Hayes Promoted to Shipping and Receiving Group Leader

NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Hayes to the position of Group Lead, effective November 2022. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy to promote from within.

Hannah began her NewStream career in 2016 as a Picker and shortly after moved to Shipping and Receiving where she did picking, packaging, and shipping. In February of 2021, Hannah moved to Single Parts Packaging as a Materials Specialist before moving to the role of Shipping Clerk in April of 2022, eventually taking on her new role as the Shipping and Receiving Group Leader.

In her new role, Hannah will be responsible for making sure everything on the dock comes in an out quickly and correctly. She will also keep close communication with customers, investigate shipping discrepancies, schedule outbound shipments, and ensure the shipping team is set up for success.

Hannah has also taken advantage of NewStream’s cohort program with OTC and is close to finishing her first semester!

“I am beyond excited to step into this role. From the beginning, I wanted to be a leader. To be someone people could come to and depend on,” says Hannah. “The dock is fast paced and exciting, different each and every day, and I love seeing the team come together to overcome it. To say the least, I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. I can’t wait to see how far SPP, and myself, can go.”
