Employees raise $1000 for area students

The employee-owners of NewStream Enterprises, LLC (NSE) helped raise approximately $1000 over the past two weeks for the Springfield Public Schools’ Ready. Set. Supply initiative, a program aimed at providing under-resourced students across the district with high quality school supplies.

Funds were raised through the Back to School Splash campaign at NSE where employees exchanged cash for tickets.  Tickets were then placed in the manager’s envelope of their choice.  The managers with the most tickets at the end of the campaign won a visit to the dunk tank at this week’s large staff meeting.
