NewStream Enterprises, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Madison Agee to the position of HR Coordinator, effective May 16th, 2022. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy to allow interns to develop their career.
Madison Agee began her career at NewStream in 2021 as an HR Intern. During her internship, Madison was pursing her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management which she received last month. Madison is also a member of the SAHRA (Springfield Human Resources Association) which allows her to develop her HR skills.
In her new role, Madison will be expanding her current HR responsibilities such as being the contact person for talent acquisition needs, managing the onboarding process, and providing additional support to the HR team.
“I am very excited to start this role and serve the HR team in a greater capacity.” says Madison. “I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and grow as an HR professional. I work with the best people and I’m glad to have been given this opportunity!”
