NewStream Enterprises, LLC (NewStream) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kayla Morton to the position of Customer Service Representative, effective April 20th, 2021. This promotion is part of NewStream’s strategy for customer support and customer service satisfaction improvement.
Kayla Morton joined NewStream in 2018 as a Material Specialist being responsible for processing orders and packaging for shipment, then moved into a Dock Assistant position and got promoted to Customer Service Representative in 2021.
Kayla currently has been involved in the Cohort schooling program provided by SRC Holdings Corporation for a year and a half. She is also a member of the PHI THETA KAPPA Honors Society, a member of the NewStream Safety Committee, and a member of NewStream Activities Committee.
In her new role, Kayla will be responsible for customer service operation and management including answering customers’ inquiries, assisting customers in placing orders, and keeping track of the stocks and freight costs for the customers.
“I grew up with my dad being an employee of SRC and got to see all of the opportunities he was given with this company, so it is such an honor to follow in his footsteps,” Kayla said. “When I started here my one goal was to grow with the company as much as I could and to never back down to a challenge. So grateful for my time here and the opportunity to be a part of such a great company.”
