
Established in 1990, we started with only 15 employees and a single facility. Our company now has over 300 associates across three facilities in Springfield, Missouri. From materials management to direct order fulfillment, we have evolved into a seamless extension of a number of the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in a variety of industries such as trucking, agriculture, construction, and marine. Our comprehensive supply chain services are customized to fit our customers’ requirements, helping them efficiently manage all or any segment of their supply chain process, including kitting, packaging, assembly, subassembly, warehousing, and distribution.
“I am really excited about the growth of NewStream in the future because of our diverse businesses,” said Gary Goetz, General Manager of NewStream. “I think a lot of that has been the employees’ involvement, their ownership, and understanding that if you have to grow and diversify the company to be successful.”
During the celebration, our employees were treated with tasty food, yard games, and fantastic raffle prizes. Everyone was very happy to be able to finally celebrate this special event altogether. It was also very exciting to see a lot of former employees who retired from NewStream came back to the facility and celebrated with us. Beverly Willis, the first General Manager of NewStream, also visited our facility and joined us in our celebration. Seeing the phenomenal growth of NewStream, Beverly was very excited and proud of the team.
“The reason why we have got to this level of growth is the people, all of you that have contributed to the success of the company over the years,” Beverly Willis said. “I wish they were not as much of an owner as they are because when I see what a company like NewStream has done, how they work together, what they do to go way over the top to give the customers what they need and when they need it and to work with the suppliers to get our parts in here, (…) this was the hardest thing for me to leave and retire…”
