NewStream Enterprises, LLC is proud to congratulate Department 30 on winning best mini game at the Great Game of Business Conference in September 2022.
The Do It Right Not Twice mini game was created by the Assembly team to reduce errors and eliminate reworks on the QLS sensor line. The overall goal of this mini game was to have a 1.5% or less average rework on the QLS sensors. Department 30 took pride in achieving this goal and worked aimlessly, ultimately getting their rework average down to 1.48% by the end of the mini game.
This year at the Great Game of Business Conference in Kansas City, Daisy Duarte presented this mini game on behalf of Department 30. During her presentation Daisy informed attendees about NewStream, Department 30, QLS sensors, and the purpose of this mini game and just how determined her department was to lower their rework average. The audience held a vote between Do It Right Not Twice and another mini game until the audience ultimately decided Daisy’s mini game was the winner.
In addition to recognizing our teams hard work and efforts as they accomplished their mini game goal, we would also like to give a shoutout to Assembly Production Supervisor, Ty Teague for leading his team to success and incentivizing them with prizes they couldn’t pass up!
“The game we practice everyday sometimes gets taken for granted. To see so many companies pay for things we do on the daily without realizing it truly amazes me. It was exciting to see so many companies come together as one to build a better future for their company,” says Daisy.
